Role: Technical Trainer - ServiceAs a Technical Trainer, you will play a crucial role in training our service team members, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional technical support to our customers. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining and enhancing our service standards and customer Develop and deliver training programs: Design and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for service team members, covering various aspects of our products, services, and customer support procedures.
  • Training material development: Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and other resources to support effective learning.
  • Conduct training sessions: Facilitate training sessions through various formats such as classroom training, workshops, webinars, and hands-on practical sessions.
  • Assess and evaluate performance: Monitor trainees' progress, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback to ensure the understanding and retention of knowledge and skills.
  • Technical expertise sharing: Stay up to date with the latest product developments, technological advancements, and service trends to incorporate relevant information into training programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and operations, to understand training needs and align training programs with business objectives.
  • Continuous improvement: Regularly review and enhance training programs based on feedback, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure their effectiveness and relevance.
  • Training administration: Manage training logistics, including scheduling, participant registrations, training materials distribution, and tracking attendance and completion.
Qualifications: Graduate in Electrical/Electronics.
  • Technical expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of our products and services, along with a strong foundation in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
  • Training experience: Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering technical training programs, preferably in a service or customer support environment.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Training methodologies: Familiarity with instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and various training methodologies, including blended learning approaches.
  • Presentation skills: Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners in a training environment.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust training content and delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and varying levels of technical expertise among trainees.
  • Evaluation and feedback: Proficiency in assessing learners' performance, providing constructive feedback, and tracking training effectiveness through evaluations and metrics
