- Conduct Product Training: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to sales personnel, both in-person and through virtual platforms, to ensure a thorough understanding of product specifications, competitive advantages, and sales strategies.
- Sales Technique Enhancement: Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and develop training programs to enhance sales techniques, objection handling, customer engagement, and closing skills.
- New Product Launch Training: Coordinate and conduct training sessions for the sales team when new products or updates are released, ensuring that they are well-versed in the features, benefits, and positioning of the products.
- Sales Performance Evaluation: Collaborate with sales managers to assess the performance of sales representatives and identify training needs based on individual and team performance metrics.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor products to incorporate relevant information into training programs and provide ongoing guidance to the sales team.
- Training Effectiveness Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations, making necessary adjustments to enhance the impact of training initiatives.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to gather product information, obtain market insights, and align training programs with overall sales and marketing strategies.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Product Trainer or in a similar training role within a sales environment.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer engagement, and objection handling strategies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive training content.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt training programs based on audience needs and feedback
