Role: Financial ControllerWe are looking for a confident and results-driven Financial Controller to direct and improve our organization's internal accounting operations. The role involves high levels of trust and confidentiality. - Financial Controller will be responsible for implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and ensuring the accuracy of financial information. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute financial reports of the organization
• Be responsible for the controller function at a pan-group level
• Analyze financial data and monitor internal controls
• Oversee and publish financial statements and lead month-end closing processes
• Manage financial transactions and monitor expenditures Interact with tenants and other stakeholders for keeping track of receivables
• Streamline and manage accounting functions and operations
• Manage accounting records and ensure compliance with regulations
• Coordinate audit processes and ensure the accuracy of financial information
• Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process
• Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports

Key Attributes

• CA or Master's degree in finance or a related field
• Proven experience of minimum 10-12 years as a Financial Controller
• Prior experience in Tally, GST, TDS, etc is preferable
• Extremely trustworthy and capable of maintaining high levels of confidentiality
• Highly motivated and able to take ownership to deliver results
• Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to communicate credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
