Role - Business AnalystThis role plays a critical role in helping organizations optimise their sales processes, improve sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to achieve their revenue goals. This role involves analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing insights to sales teams and Collate, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Create reports and dashboards to visualize sales performance metrics, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
  • Segment customers and create customer profiles to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Use customer insights to recommend personalized strategies for nurturing and retaining business clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Identify target markets, customer acquisition channels, and pricing strategies
  • Work closely with sales & marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales-related initiatives with overall business goals
  • Track the impact of implemented changes and adjustments, and adjust strategies as Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred with 3 to 8 years of experience in similar role
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a eCommerce environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
