We are looking for a Device Test & Reliability Engineer to join our R&D team.

Requirements

Required Previous Experience:

  • Experience with data analysis, statistical methods, and tools – Specifically those related to reliability Analysis.
  • Advantage: R&D experience in semiconductor companies.
  • Advantage: work at a Fabless company and collaboration with manufacturing partners.
  • Advantage: Experience with laser diode micro-optics, opto-electronic device packaging and knowledge of complex reliability engineering principles.

Required Skills:

  • Advantage - Good understanding of photonics to understand and debug laser & photonics tests.
  • Experienced with planning, preparation and execution of experiments, Data analysis and DOE.
  • Advantage - Hands-on experience with semiconductors or laser and photonics testing.
  • Good grasp of Statistical analysis methods and tools.

Education:

  • B.Sc/Msc in Physics or engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement electro-optical test plans for products under development.
  • Develop methods and tools for testing and characterization of Silicon photonics, lasers, photodiodes, and modulator semiconductor devices.
  • Plan and execute product qualification program, including Functional Testing, Reliability and Performance.
  • Analyze Test data and DOE results to provide vital insight into the development of innovative silicon photonics products.
  • Lead and support cross-functional failure investigations to identify root cause and corrective and preventative action.
