Job Description:

As an HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resources for the company, building and managing an annual HR plan that supports the company's strategic objectives. Additionally, you will lead and implement cross-organizational processes, focusing on recruitment, employee onboarding, management support, individual case management, organizational training and development, and employee well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR support across all company functions
  • Develop and manage the annual HR plan aligned with company strategy
  • Lead and implement cross-organizational processes and initiatives
  • Manage recruitment processes and support hiring managers
  • Conduct employee onboarding and provide ongoing management support
  • Handle individual case management and employee relations issues
  • Design and deliver organizational training and development programs
  • Promote and ensure employee well-being within the organization

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR management.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  • Experience in recruitment and willingness to be actively involved in hiring processes
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities alongside systemic and process-oriented thinking
  • Master's degree required
