Responsibilities:
- Ability to create industry-level motion graphic advertisements and campaign videos.
- Brainstorming with the marketing and design team to come up with image ideas.
- Enhancing the design concept using a wide range of colors and graphics.
- Stay up-to-date with new design techniques and software
- Aware of trends in the market and target audiences.
- Create graphic templates for easy use by other team members and client teams
- Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries
- Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques
- Enhancing the design concept using a wide range of colors and graphics.
- Translating ideas into motion graphics that can be understood by a wide audience
- Using computer software such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create animations and special effects for commercials, movies, or other visual media productions
Requirements:
- Prior experience with and a strong portfolio of motion graphics work
- 2+ years of experience in Motion Graphics
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills
- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator)and common motion graphics design software
- Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions
- A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines
- Respond to user feedback, data/analytics, and client feedback to improve the creative work in future iterations
