Field position covering the Greater Sacramento Area We are not using outside recruiters for this position Reviver is the very first technology company to develop a digital license plate. Role And ResponsibilitiesAs a Professional Services Specialist, you will be providing product training and customer support to dealerships. This position is the primary contact with dealerships to answer questions regarding how to use the Reviver app and inquires on plate installations. The right person will be expected to:
  • Maintain existing dealership relationships
  • Work alongside Regional Sales Representatives
  • Create opportunities to upsell and increase business
  • Thoroughly understand and maintain knowledge of our product, the app, and appropriate technology
  • Collaborate with internal resources
  • Able to travel as necessary
  • Train dealerships on the functionalities of the plate
  • Staying abreast of new releases and update dealerships as appropriate
  • Developing solid relationships with the dealerships and cultivate opportunities to sell more plates
Required skills/ Abilities:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in using technology (i.e. Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Proficient in CRM (preferred)
  • Auto industry experience (preferred)
  • Valid California Drivers License is required
Education and Certifications:
  • Successful completion of on-the-job training
Physical Demands: Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer, vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone. This is primarily a sedentary office classification although standing in work areas may be required. There may be a need to occasionally bend, stop, kneel, reach, push and pull drawers open and closed to retrieve and file information. Additional NotesPay: $65,000 to $80,000 annual base + CommissionThis information reflects a base salary range for this position based on current market data, which may be subject to change as new market data becomes available. A candidate's skills, experience, and other relevant factors will determine the exact compensation.
