We are looking for a Success Manager to join our Vayyar Partner Success team. The role bridges the connection between the partner/customer, Sales and Product teams. The right candidate is passionate about customer success, works well independently, and loves diverse work assignments.

Note: Position is full-time, 100% on site (Yehud office)

What Will Be Your Main Activities?

· Manage overall relationship with assigned B2B healthcare partners for onboarding, training, and post-sale technical support

· Support customers on a highly technical product, training & troubleshooting

· Review diagnostics to support the end customer and optimize network of devices to assure best-value to customer and optimal performance

· Perform data analysis and storytelling using data. Make insights out of the data and present it to our customers.

· Assess client health and loyalty and develop strategies to mitigate churn

· Work as part of a team to respond quickly and efficiently

· Prepare customer documentation - writing, organization, and upkeep

· Collaborate with other internal teams on customer care, technical parameters, and customer feedback for product development

· Assist in the creation of best practices and processes as the product and team develop

· Additional projects as they relate to the scope of work for the product

· Traveling to customers may be required per business needs
