Bring Your Expertise – and Your Passion

Your domain knowledge is pan-industry, covering all things high performance full stack infrastructure at the intersection of AI, data and cloud.
Important factors leading to your success include:

Expertise: You have proven experience in full stack product management within the data software and systems industry, with a deep technical understanding of Storage, Networking and System principles, and preferably in the AI/Data Services/Cloud/Systems Infra space. You are familiar with the intricacies of high-performance distributed systems and possess a demonstrated ability to drive the development of innovative and secure solutions.
Business Acumen: You have demonstrated a strong sense of business acumen by directly owning P&L responsibility or directly influenced measurable financial outcome. Possesses analytical thinking and inquisitiveness to assess product success across various factors, and have driven clear recommendations that are relevant to the company’s overall growth objectives and financial success.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with a history of successfully leading cross-functional teams. Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve ambitious goals while maintaining a collaborative and positive working environment.
Strategic Vision: A strategic thinker who can develop and execute product strategies that align with market trends and customer needs. Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and deliver results.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience presenting product strategies and roadmaps to internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Define new products through a disciplined roadmap planning process, and manage NPI as well as multiple product cycles for the same product, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful development and launch of features.
  • Act as the trusted market expert and as the voice of the customer, defining the what and the why of the features we build
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather input and feedback, incorporating it into product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Guide and influence organization-wide activities that lead to greater adoption and revenue of the systems solutions
  • Depth of knowledge in industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in one or more of Generative and Predictive AI, AI Lifecycle, AI ready data and Cloud Data Platforms.
  • Build and expand ecosystem of critical partners for a full stack solution deliveries. Drive deeper technology integration with the partner solutions.
  • Attract and engage world-class talent for the team and the broader organization. Mentor & develop teams, and inspire the career growth for top talent. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Desired Qualifications

  • Accelerated computing/GPU, File services, Networking and System Background: Proven expertise and hands-on experience in networking and system architecture. Strong understanding of networking protocols and system design principles.
  • +10 Years of Management Experience: Minimum of 10 years of successful managerial experience in product management and technical leadership roles. Exceptional skills in team building, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Experience working on Accelerated computing (GPU) Systems and full stack solutions offerings: Extensive experience in developing and managing projects related to system products with complete understanding of the full stack ecosystem is critical. Successful track record of delivering high-quality system solutions to market.

Nice to Have:

  • Industry Experience within Accelerated computing/AI/Data Services/Cloud Infrastructure:Previous work experience in industries related to cutting-edge technologies.
  • Technical Leadership Background: Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding engineering, solution architecture or other technical teams to success.Proven track record of leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
