WEKA is hiring for a driven Regional Sales Manager in Korea. This is a quota-carrying hunter sales role dedicated to our largest high tech manufacturing customers in Korea who need uncompromising speed, simplicity, scale, and sustainability when storing, managing, processing, and analyzing their data.

Responsibilities include:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of WEKA and the value proposal to large enterprise customers, especially in the high tech manufacturing and semiconductor industries.
- Understand our customers buying cycles and IT strategy and develop WEKA strategy accordingly.
- Develop and execute against a strategic plan to create sales pipeline while acquiring new projects across all major customers different business units and maintaining positive ongoing relationships with customers
- Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
- Work with strategic and VAR partners to cultivate and manage joint selling opportunities
- Help our strategic and VAR partners comply with our deal registration program and make strategic planning for WEKA wins
- Collaborate on and improve all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, and sales engineering
- Decide WEKA sales strategy for the key customer projects based on the consultation with Korea Country Manager and leadership executives
- Interface at many levels of WEKA senior management
- Take the initiative of team work building
Your Background:
- 15+ years of IT Sales experience
- 10+ years experience selling to the largest Korean high tech manufacturing companies
- Good reputation from the customers and partners
- Passion and desire to work in a startup culture directly impacting the growth of the company
- Proven track record of effective selling within the geo
- Superb written and verbal communications skills
- Bachelors Degree preferred
