About the Role
WEKA is looking for a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale technical hiring across Israel, the US, and India. Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, this role is key to building world-class engineering and product teams and supporting WEKA’s rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global tech recruiting strategy aligned with growth goals.
- Lead and manage global recruiters across Israel, the US, and India.
- Partner with hiring managers and executives to optimize talent acquisition efforts.
- Own full-cycle recruiting, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for engineering and product roles.
- Implement best practices in hiring, diversity, and employer branding.
- Analyze Greenhouse ATS data to improve hiring decisions and efficiency.
- Drive engagement in the employee referral program.
- Scale the talent acquisition team to support expansion.
- Manage relationships with external recruiting partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years in talent acquisition, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record in scaling global technical hiring in a fast-growing company.
- Experience managing global recruitment teams (Israel, US, India).
- Strong expertise in sourcing and hiring top engineering and product talent.
- Background in employer branding, diversity hiring, and recruitment marketing.
- Data-driven mindset with Greenhouse ATS reporting & analytics experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to partner with leadership.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on approach.
