RoleAs a Product Manager for Digital Lending, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the strategy for our digital lending products and services. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to product development and post-launch optimization. Your primary objective is to create innovative lending solutions that meet customer needs, drive business growth, and enhance the overall customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy and Vision :
  • Develop a clear and compelling product strategy for digital lending products aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Define a long-term product vision and roadmap, considering customer feedback, competitive analysis, and industry best practices.
Market Research And Analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data, customer feedback, and industry reports to make informed product decisions.
Product Development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data analytics, to bring digital lending products from concept to launch.
  • Define product requirements, create LMS,CMS, user stories, and specifications, ensuring a well-defined product backlog.
User Experience (UX) And Design
  • Work closely with designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital lending applications.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the user experience continuously.
Financial And Performance Management
  • Set and manage product budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
Stakeholder Communication
  • Communicate the product strategy, progress, and results to internal teams, senior management, and stakeholders.
  • Address questions and concerns, building alignment and support for the product vision.
Compliance And Risk Management
  • Ensure digital lending products comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor the portfolio for potential issues.
Customer Feedback And Iteration
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback through surveys, user interviews, and analytics.
  • Use customer insights to iterate on the product and implement improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the digital lending or fintech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of lending principles, credit risk, and financial services regulations.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Product management certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.
