Key Responsibilities:

• Design: Create digital and print media designs, including mailers, social media, ads, and promotions.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand look across all platforms.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and development teams on projects.
• Project Management: Oversee design projects from concept to completion.
• User Experience: Apply UX/UI principles to digital products.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends and tools.
• Revisions: Incorporate feedback and make design revisions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-4 years in graphic/visual design.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects etc.), Figma. Microsoft PowerPoint, Motion Graphics, and Video Editing are a plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Team Player: Collaborative and creative mindset.
