About the role:

It is an operations-based role that involves communication and resolutions with our clients and

teams via various mediums. Our services are based on a 24-7 hours format

Requirements for the role:

• Excellent written and verbal communication and should be a team player. good

communications skills in English, Hindi & any other 2 regional languages would be an

advantage.

• Ability to Work with the external POCs and internal teams to execute business processes

Program management and relationship management skills

• Ability to multi-task and work independently and as a team

• Proficient in MS applications e.g. Microsoft Word / Excel / Powerpoint

• Prior experience with health care industry would be plus

Package: Up to 3.5L PA | Shift - rotational | 6 days working | Free Insurance
