Location: HSR Layout; Bangalore

Employment Type: Permanent & Full time

Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years

Job Summary

About the role: Will be responsible for contacting & engaging with customers with care & empathy & responding to their queries in a professional manner. Ensuring customer satisfaction of the highest order.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handling customer queries and managing customer coordination
  • Approach all queries with customer centric attitude
  • Manage data and MIS reports
  • Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Help build and improve processes
  • Adhere to set standards of TAT and SLA
  • Demonstrates customer empathy during all interactions with customers.

Qualifications

  • Min 1 to 3 years’ experience in a customer support role
  • Can handle voice and non-voice process (chat, email, phone)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi
  • A quick learner
  • Ability to make high quality decisions & Multi tasks.
