In addition to this sponsorship, our marketing efforts span various channels to drive brand awareness and increase RPLATE sales. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position will focus on coordinating logistics and deliverables for the Sacramento KINGS Patch Sponsorship, while also supporting broader marketing campaigns and working closely with the Event Activation Representative and the entire marketing team to ensure alignment and impactful results.

Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship Logistics & Coordination:
- Serve as a key point of contact for all logistics related to the Sacramento KINGS Patch Sponsorship program.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication with Sacramento KINGS representatives to ensure smooth sponsorship activations.
- Coordinate with the Event Activation Representative to align on game-day activities, event setup, and fan engagement.
- Oversee production and delivery of branded marketing materials, jerseys, and promotional items for game-day events and activations.
- Ensure all sponsorship-related content, including logos, messaging, and visuals, align with brand guidelines and contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and coordinate integrated campaigns, driving RPLATE sales and brand awareness.
- Support development of strategies for product launches, promotions, and targeted campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
- Coordinate digital marketing efforts—social media, email marketing, paid advertising, website updates—to amplify campaigns and sponsorships.
- Support customer acquisition and lead generation initiatives, including coordinating incentives and contests.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop multi-channel content, graphics, and videos.
- Manage timelines and tasks across marketing projects, ensuring team alignment and on-time delivery.
- Partner with the Event Activation Representative to streamline event logistics and cross-team communication for live events.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, eCommerce, PR, business development) to synchronize marketing strategies and objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure timely campaign execution and media buys.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and visuals across all touchpoints.
- Plan and coordinate events tied to marketing campaigns and sponsorships, ensuring a seamless brand experience.
- Partner with the Event Activation Representative on logistics for game-day and non-game events, trade shows, and sponsored appearances.
- Manage venue selection, vendor relations, and on-site coordination for Reviver-hosted events.
- Track and report on campaign and sponsorship performance, analyzing impressions, conversions, and acquisition costs.
- Provide insights on the impact of the Sacramento KINGS Patch Sponsorship and suggest optimizations for future activations.
- Prepare detailed reports to assess ROI and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain relationships with external partners, including the Sacramento KINGS, media outlets, and vendors.
- Identify and manage partnerships that align with Reviver’s brand objectives, including sponsorships and influencer collaborations.
- Ensure third-party partners meet deliverables, coordinating communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, sponsorships, or project management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; experience with large-scale partnerships is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, MailChimp).
- Knowledge of sports marketing or brand partnerships is beneficial.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
