We have introduced our concept on a global scale and are on an exciting trajectory.Reviver is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This position works in an office and at an offsite warehouse location and is responsible for processing and preparing for shipment all orders received.The ideal candidate has experience working in an environment that can be cold and hot during different seasons. This person will need to be able to work safely and quickly, standing for long periods while fulfilling orders. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and schedule shipments to ensure delivery by deadlines
• Resolve delivery issues
• Understand shipping rates and familiar with shipping portals (e.g. UPS)
• Provide logistical support to internal and external partners
• Submit claims as-needed
• Track inventory and repairs
• Monthly reporting on inventory
• Duties include coordinating the delivery to and return of material from all sale channels
• Communicate professionally and effectively by phone and/or email
• Other duties as may be required or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Requires Skills/Abilities

• Prior experience working with inventory control systems is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Prior knowledge of warehouse paperwork and experience counting inventory and orders is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience working in shipping is mandatory
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Must have a valid California Driver's License
• Must be willing to travel to our warehouse location

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
