SambaNova is hiring a senior-level Power Integrity Engineer (Hardware Systems) to drive the most advanced state-of-the-art power design for Generative AI technology.
- Design custom multi-phase voltage regulators and POL regulators
- Design and optimization of PCB DC/AC power delivery network
- Test and validation of VRM performance in system
- Evaluate new power supply technologies
- MS/BS EE degree
5+ years of experience in power electronics design and analysis
Additional Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of voltage regulator design tradeoffs
- Familiarity with multilayer PCB technology and power routing
- Experience with simulation tools (SPICE, Simplis, Power DC, Power SI)
- Hands-on lab experience with oscilloscopes, electronic loads, bench-top power supplies, network analysis
Annual Salary Range and Level
The base salary for this position ranges from $165,000/year up to $210,000/year. This range is based on role, level, and location and reflects the salary target for new hires in the US. Individual pay within the range will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s job-related qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
