As a Senior Technical Recruiter at SambaNova Systems you will be partnering with our Engineering Leaders and Talent Acquisition Team in building a world class engineering and product organization in India. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruiting process for our Engineering, Product and G&A teams in Bangalore, India. You will play a key role in scaling and growing the local teams and will be constantly challenged to push the needle of our hiring initiatives and results. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Technical Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Team in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, identifying, evaluating, and closing top technical talent.

  • Attract passive candidates, screen resumes, and introduce top qualified candidates to hiring managers.

  • Facilitate feedback loop for all key stakeholders to ensure a timely and efficient process.

  • Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that best practice recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process.

  • 6 month contract

Experience & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience within a high tech, fast paced environment.

    • AI/ML industry experience preferred.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • Proven success in finding & attracting technical talent on social media and professional networks (eg LinkedIn, Slack and Github).

  • Expertise in crafting engaging emails and InMails that enable connection with top talent in the industry.

  • Successful track record in achieving deadlines and recruiting goals.

  • Must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever evolving, high growth environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.

  • Exceptional ability to tell the company's story in a way that speaks to the company & the opportunity.

  • Technically savvy and familiarity with Greenhouse and G-Suite

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
