Job Description:

Design high/medium voltage mixed signal circuits, such as drivers for power FET’s. Design power management IC’s using technologies, such as 0.25um or 0.18um BCD

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years hands on PMIC design experience
• Must have worked on at least one product from definition to production
• Experienced in design of building blocks for DC-DC, AC-DC, PFC.
• Experience in design of various PMIC protection circuits
• Transistor level design, Layout optimization
• Communication and presentation skills are critical, and you must show a strong desire to drive product and technology development

Newly graduated engineers will be considered for the above position with exceptional academic record and relevant university laboratory experience.
