Bring Your Expertise – and Your Passion
The Head of Marketing Strategy and Program Management will partner closely with the CMO to drive high-priority marketing initiatives to accelerate WEKA’s growth. This role is ideal for a strategic, execution-oriented leader with experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments who thrives on tackling complex challenges. You’ll leverage your skills in project management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes on key marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning and Initiative Execution - Work alongside the CMO to define, prioritize, and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive key organizational goals. This includes setting clear objectives, establishing timelines, and ensuring resources are effectively allocated​.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment and Process Optimization - Act as the central coordination point across marketing and other departments, improving communication and ensuring that all teams stay focused on shared outcomes. Develop streamlined processes to enhance operational agility without adding unnecessary complexity.
  • Project Management and Performance Tracking - Oversee the execution of high-impact projects from inception to completion, setting milestones and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Regularly report on progress, highlighting successes and proactively addressing obstacles.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving - Act as a liaison, facilitating information flow between the CMO and internal teams. Proactively address bottlenecks and resolve issues impacting project timelines or deliverables, providing clear, data-driven recommendations when needed​.
  • Support for Culture and Change Management - Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and performance within the marketing team. Support change initiatives that drive continuous improvement adapting to evolving business needs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Desired Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • 5-7 years in strategic project management, operations, or executive support, with a background in management consulting or high-growth environments as a plus.
  • Strong ability to support long-term planning and make data-informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with proven capability to align cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive in addressing challenges and adept at adjusting to evolving priorities.
  • High EQ with strong relationship-building and confidentiality handling.
  • Results-oriented, curious, and thrives in fast-paced settings with a focus on continuous improvement.
