About the position:

The Sr. Director, Enterprise Applications is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for the design, configuration, and management of the company's enterprise application portfolio, with a specific emphasis on Go-To-Market (GTM) and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. This individual will lead a team of application specialists and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that enterprise applications, particularly within GTM and BI, support business objectives, drive efficiency, and foster innovation. The Director will be a key contributor to the organization's digital transformation efforts and will have a significant impact on the company's operational effectiveness, especially in sales, marketing, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for GTM and BI enterprise applications, aligned with business goals and IT strategy.
    • Provide thought leadership on emerging GTM and BI technologies and trends.
    • Partner with sales, marketing, and analytics leaders to understand their needs and translate them into effective application solutions.
    • Contribute to the development and management of the IT budget, with a focus on GTM and BI investments
  • Hands-on System Design and Configuration:
    • Lead the design, configuration, and customization of GTM applications (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement).
    • Design and implement BI solutions, including data warehousing, data visualization, and reporting.
    • Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of enterprise applications, particularly within the GTM and BI domains.
    • Optimize system performance and scalability.
  • Application Management:
    • Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including planning, development, implementation, maintenance, and support, with a strong emphasis on GTM and BI.
    • Ensure the stability, reliability, and security of GTM and BI applications.
    • Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to GTM and BI applications.
    • Establish and maintain application governance policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of application specialists with GTM and BI expertise.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
    • Manage team performance and provide regular feedback.
    • Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members with relevant GTM and BI skillsets.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee the successful delivery of GTM and BI application projects.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Manage project risks and issues effectively.
    • Implement and maintain project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales, marketing, analytics, and other business stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, particularly regarding GTM and BI initiatives.
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on application initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing enterprise applications, with a strong focus on GTM and BI solutions.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise application architectures, technologies, and best practices, specifically within GTM and BI.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and BI platforms.
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Knowledge of IT governance and compliance frameworks.

Preferences:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce.com development technologies.
  • Deep experience with with one major BI platforms.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL).
  • Experience in high-tech software and hardware industry.

USA Residents Only: The OTE hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $225,000-250,000. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Flexible Time off (FTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws.
